Originally this bar was Deliliah's, then Sisters, then Twisters, Then El Fuego,  then Deliliah's (again) and now Studio One 11.

Rumor had it, the only reason this bar was called Twisters because of the expense of changing the outdoor sign.  They only needed to take down the S and replace it with SW.
