A corporation from Menphis TN. came to town and decided to buy a bar.   Located at 68449 Perez and the same location that CC Construction was at.  The bar did very well for the first 2 weeks and then the bartenders got paid.   Unfortunatly, the owners believed, being from Tennessee, that they did not have to pay a California Minium wage.  All the bartenders had to file with the California State board to get min wage.  This took months.  In the mean time, everyone stopped going there because they felt the company was not fair.  The bar soon closed.   I believe their bar in Memphis is still open.
